What began as a podcast amplifying Latina voices has grown into a movement. Through thousands of shared stories, one truth has become clear: our community doesn’t just need a platform—it needs infrastructure. It needs support systems that empower, invest, and uplift. That’s why we created this nonprofit.

Our Mission: Uplifting Latinas Through Four Core Pillars

The Amigas and Friends Network carries forward the heart of our podcast and brings it to life through hands-on work, community partnerships, and strategic programs. Our focus:

🔸 Education – Expanding access to leadership development, mentorship, and culturally relevant learning opportunities.
🔸 Entrepreneurship – Supporting Latina founders and small business owners with resources, tools, and capital access.
🔸 Health & Wellness – Prioritizing mental, physical, and emotional health through a culturally informed lens.
🔸 Pay Equity – Advocating for fair wages, financial literacy, and generational wealth for Latinas across industries.

Latinas are launching businesses at six times the national average, yet we remain underfunded, underrepresented, and undervalued.

We are leaders in our families, our communities, and our companies—but we need the support to match our potential.

This nonprofit is our answer. A home for action. A platform for equity. A network designed by us, for us, where our voices are heard, and our futures are prioritized.
